Semen Analysis Test
The Semen Analysis Test evaluates the quality of a semen sample by measuring sperm count, motility (movement), morphology (shape), volume and other key parameters. It is the first and most important laboratory investigation in the assessment of male fertility.
Key Indications for Testing:
- Couples who have been unable to conceive after 12 months of regular unprotected intercourse
- Evaluating male factor infertility and low sperm count
- Confirming the success of a vasectomy
- Follow-up after fertility treatment, varicocele or urological surgery
Test Specifications & Instructions:
